Return + Exchanges

- At this time all of our apparel is not available for return. All changes to your order must be done within 24 hours of ordering, please, as we make sure to start working on your order ASAP.
- Any cancellations must be done within 24 hours of ordering.
- To be eligible for a return, your apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, we would appreciate if you can send it to us in the original packaging.
- Unfortunately, once your item leaves our warehouse to be shipped out, Salt & Light Btq is not responsible if item is not delivered by a specific date. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.
- We can gladly offer size exchanges on our apparel.
- Gift Cards & Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
HOW DOES EXCHANGE WORK?
We can gladly offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 6-10 business days after we receive your package.
You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received, our family inspects it then we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days .
In case your refund is late (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we cannot offer return on sale items or final price items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
